At the 41st Tokyo Motor show, Toyota introduced its latest Sporty and Luxurious sedan, Toyota Mark-X. Toyota launches this sporty rear-wheel drive sedan in Japan and some Asian countries and the new toyota sedan vehicle is based on the Lexus GS architecture.

The Toyota Mark-X will be available with two V6 gasoline engines- either powered by a 2.5-liter V6 that produces 203 horsepower or the larger 3.5-liter V6 offering 315 horsepower. Both the version have a a six-speed automatic transmission and paddle shifters. Samsung announced S5560 touchscreen phone features, specifications

Samsung is taking over the mobile phone market now with the various phones. Samsung recently announced Omnia II-GT I8000 handset in India. Along with the Omnia handset Samsung also announced S5560 touchscreen for the European market. The new Samsung S5560's design is similar to the previous S5230 and S5600 models.

Samsung S5560 features a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen display. Other features offered by the touchscreen phone includes 3G connectivity, EDGE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity. Here is a security alert for all Facebook users. Recently there is a trojan virus spreading through the internet as facebook password reset confirmation email. So all the Facebook users think deeply before changing your password in Facebook or clicking on any link in the Password Reset mail. Otherwise you may get into a great trouble...



If yoy click on the mail, your gmail and Facebook password is automatically resetted to another one and your gmail and facebook account is diabled and it shows wrong password every time you try to log in. Facebook team already confirms that the spoof email did not originate from the social networking site and they said that this virus is being distributed through email and they never send users a new password as an attachment.

Delhi-based cyber crime expert Vivek Vohra tells a daily, "Bredolab attaches a file that purports to contain a new password. That file is a Trojan horse that will download a host of nasty files from the Web."

There is only one thing to avoid the virus, and that is do not open a "Password Reset Confirmation E-mail" if you didn't request a password from Facebook.

Apple iPhone OS 3.1.2 update available now

Last thursday , Apple announced the availability of its latest update to the iPhone OS. The latest update of iPhone OS os iPhone OS 3.12 . Sources indicate that Apple fixed three bugs, which may not seem like a lot, but they are important. Among the changes is a fix for what Apple says is a "sporadic issue," where the iPhone would not wake up from sleep mode.

Apple also resolved the bug that could interrupt the cell network until the phone is restarted. A bug that caused a crash during video streaming has been addressed in iPhone OS 3.1.2. Apple said iPhone OS 3.1.2 is compatible with the iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 3GS. The update is available by plugging your iPhone into your computer and clicking on the update button in iTunes.

Ypu can update ypur iPhone OS through internet and once you have finished updating, your iPhone will restart and immediately alert you to a Carrier Settings update. This is a very small update that will be completed without needing to restart again.

NVIDIA and TopCoder announced CUDA SuperHero Challenge

Last day NVIDIA and TopCoder launched the first contest in the CUDA SuperHero Challenge.

The first contest challenges participants to compete on the highest performing solutions to Image Processing using GPU Accelerated Connected Component Labeling. CCL is a simple, but computationally intensive and high performance image processing is the foundation of many applications including machine vision, real time object recognition, security and many other applications.

TopCoder is a large developer community of over 200,000 members of which over 32,000 have been active participants in the last 90 days. Anyone can register to be a TopCoder to participate in the CUDA SuperHero Challenge.

Contestants around the world will be competing for some hard cash – and also the opportunity to be TopCoders first CUDA SuperHeroes. The challenge is simple to understand and in fact simple to get a first implementation up and running but winning will take plenty of CUDA skill as the challenge will exercise most of the performance driven CUDA optimization techniques.

In just the first couple of hours, there are over 100 registrants already and we expect many more will join in the next few days as many more TopCoders attended the special CUDA Webinars which have been conducted over the last two weeks.
