There were rumors about the new Ion netbook from the Asus. But before announcing officially, Asus Eee PC 1201N netbook is available for buying from the chinese shops online. The new Ion Powered Asus Eee PC 1201N Netbook comes with a 12 inch LCD display that offers 1366X768 resolution .
As per the sources the new Asus Eee PC 1201N Ion Netbook PC is powered by Intel Atom N270 processor. Other Asus Eee PC 1201N Netbook specifications are 2GB DDR2 RAM, 250 GB HDD and NVIDIA’s Ion (GeForce 9400M G) graphics processor. The netbook will also features a LED-backlight display . There is no other features are out yet.
The first Ion netbook from Asus, Eee PC 1201N was available at a price of 3504 Chinese Yuan (US$499) from the chinese online shop.
