HP unveiled its latest Entertainment Notebook PC - Pavilion dv8-1000 in the UK. The new HP Pavilion dv8-1000 is powered by 1.6 GHz Intel’s Core i7-720QM processor and is equipped with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 230M dedicated graphisc card. HP’s Pavilion dv8-1000 comes with a 18.4-inch 1080p Full HD LCD display.
Other main highlight of the HP Pavilion dv8-1000 Entertainment notebook is the Windows 7 Operating system. Other Specifications of the notebook includes 4GB of DDR3 RAM (Max 8GB), 640GB 7200RPM hard drive and a Blu-ray/DVD combo drive with Lightscribe. The HP Pavilion dv8 Notebook PC offers the comfort of home viewing for your videos and photos, plus the performance you need to enjoy all your multimedia content.
Other HP Pavilion dv8-1000 includes WiFi 802.11a/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity, 5-in-1 card reader, fingerprint reader, built-in webcam, Altec Lansing speakers with integrated subwoofer and with Dolby Home Theater, a FireWire port, an ExpressCard/54 slot, integrated numeric keypad and a HP Mobile ScrollSmart remote control.
