Coming to the specifications part, Asus U36JC-RX197X laptop comes boosted with a 2.66 GHz ~ 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5-460M/480M processor along with a 4GB of DDR3 SDRAM, a 500GB hard drive (SATA 5400rpm), and a GeForce 310M graphics card with 1GB DDR3 VRAM and Optimus technology supported. It also sports a 13.3-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel.

Sprint released its new tablet device from HTC called HTC Evo View 4G. This new HTC Evo View 4G from Sprint runs on the Android OS and has got a  7-inch touchscreen display with 1024 x 600 resolution.

A new platform for the tablets is now under preparation, and these new tablets are expected to be a much more successful one, than the tablets that features "ARM + Android" combination. This new platform for the tablets, named as Wintel platform for tablets will be made by the combine effort of both Intel and Microsoft.

It should be noted that the tablets featuring "ARM + Android" platform were unanimously blamed for various reasons like it can't match up with the attractive image of the brand Apple and also for some serious errors in the Android OS. Disappointed with the fact that sales of tablets on ARM + Android were lower than expected, most manufacturer's are now figuring out options for changing their strategy.

This upcoming version of platform for the tablets, Wintel platform features an Intel processor with a TDP of less than 5 watts and Microsoft Windows 8 operating system. In order to encourage manufacturers to switch to Microsoft Windows 8, it is widely expected that Intel will set lower prices for it's new processors.

At last, Nokia officially unveiled its first smartphone running MeeGo OS, Nokia N9, which is a quite interesting device in all aspects. This new Nokia N9 has a large 3.9" touch screen with 854 x 480 resolution. It should be noted that it features AMOLED display also, so bright and juicy colors are guaranteed. Dimensions of Nokia N9 are 116.45 x 61.2 x 12.1 mm and weight is 135 grams.

This new Nokia N9 smartphone with MeeGo OS features a single-chip TI OMAP 3630 processor which is running at 1 GHz. One of the other notable feature happens to be the 8MP camera, which is equipped with an LED flash, autofocus system and Carl Zeiss optics. It also can record 720p video. There is also a 1GB RAM in support but the flash memory status can be either 16 or 64GB.

This new Nokia N9 smartphone is a fully touch-sensitive controls, that means it does not provide any mechanical buttons except the service keys like the volume control. According to some unconfirmed news, it is hearing that the Google Nexus smartphones are going to have a new version, which is all set to get into the market by the end of this year itself. This new Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman features a more capacious battery, which provides greater battery life of up to 9.5 hours of talk against 5 hours and 10 minutes of txt pro. The other notable thing is that due to the lack of a mechanical keyboard casing, Mix Walkman managed to be much more compact than the txt pro.

Asus introduced Eee PC X101 Netbook - Features and Prices

Asus launched a new ultra-mobile device, Netbook Eee PC X101 with a dimension of 262 x 180 x 17.6 mm and weighing around 900 grams. This new Netbook, Asus Eee PC X101 is available in two versions, first one is a bit expensive, thicker and available with Windows where as the second one is comparatively inexpensive, thinner and available with a free MeeGo OS.

This new Asus Eee PC X101 Netbook with a free MeeGo OS is cheaper mainly due to the use of inexpensive components. It only features a display size of 10.1 inches, with a maximum resolution of about 1024 x 600 pixels. Tata DOCOMO 3G Wi-Fi Hub - Specifications, Features, Prices

Tata Docomo recently introduced its latest product -  3G Wi-Fi Hub which allows the multiple users and devices to share wireless Internet access and stay connected on the go. This all new Tata Docomo 3G Wi-Fi Hub offers uninterrupted Wireless connectivity to the WiFi enabled devices like tablets, Smartphones, Laptops etc...


Tata Docomo 3G Wi-Fi Hub makes the wireless connection to the next level which offers the multi mode internet connection to the users and this is the first device to offer this in India. The device enables users to maneuver between Tata DOCOMO’s Next-Gen 3G GSM network and Tata Photon Plus on the CDMA platform—one technology at a time—offering speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps. Coming to the performance part, the device offers speed up to 7.2 Mbps in the 3G mode, and up to 3.1Mbps in the High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) mode.

Tata DOCOMO 3G Wi-Fi Hub Plans

Coming to the plans, now there are two plans available for the Tata DOCOMO 3G Wi-Fi Hub users  - the Wi-Fi Rs 750 and Wi-Fi Rs 1,000 plans. The Wi-Fi Rs 750 Plan offers users to use a data usage of 2GB at a rate of Rs 750 per month and after the 2GB usage every MB will cost 50 paise. On the other hand the Wi-Fi Unlimited Rs 1,000 Plan comes with a monthly rental of Rs 1,000, wherein customers will get 5GB of data usage. The device offers speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps in the 3G mode.

Finally Tata DOCOMO 3G Wi-Fi Hub comes with a price of  Rs 5,999 and is available across Tata DOCOMO and Tata Photon stores.

Toshiba Thrive Android 3.0 Tablet Coming - Specifications, Features and Prices

All of you know, this is the time of Android and Android devices and now Toshiba comes with its new Android tablet device - Toshiba Thrive which runs the latest Android 3.0 platform. As per the reports, Toshiba will release this new Toshiba Thrive Android 3.0 Tablet device in US market by July first week. Here we are discussing about the specs, features and prices of this new Toshiba Thrive Android tablet.



As the technical specifications are considered, the new Toshiba Thrive Android Tablet comes powered with the new powerful Tegra 2 dual core processor that can handle Full HD 1080p video playback and runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb tablet-friendly OS.  Toshiba Thrive sports a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display which can support up to a maximum resolution of 1280×800 pixels.


Standard features of the Toshiba Thrive Android 3.0 Tablet includes a 5 Megapixel main camera, a 2 Megapixel front camera for video calling, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, HDMI output, USB connector and SD card slot. Toshiba offers this new Thrive Android Tablet in 8GB, 16GB or 32GB storage. The Toshiba Thrive also comes with the pre-installed Swype keyboard for a better and easy typing.


Coming to the pricing details, Toshiba will offer the Thrive Android 3.0 tablet in US for a price of $429 for 8GBG, $479 for 16GB and $579 for 32GB.
