Super Talent, one of the leaders in memory product manufacturers introduced its latest solid state drive (SSD)  named Super Talent TeraDrive PT3. The Super Talent TeraDrive PT3 SSD comes powered by SandForce SF-2200 controller and TRIM support.


Super Talent TeraDrive PT3 comes designed on the MLC NAND Flash memory and offers a SATA 6.0 Gbps data transfer interface. Super Talent offers this new TeraDrive PT3 SSD in four models - 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities. With the SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, the Super Talent TeraDrive PT3 SSD delivers read and write speeds of up to 500 MB/s.
