After the great success of PSP 2000,Sony launched PSP 3000 last week with a couple of revisions over the PSP-2000.The changes are a built in microphone and an LCD panel that is touted to work better outside with no glare.The PSP 3000 is launched in the United States on October 14th and in Europe on the 15th. The 3000 model comes in there color variations: PSP-3000 MS (Mystic Silver), PSP-3000 PW (Pearl White), and PSP-3000 PB (Piano Black).
The main different in this latest model is the better integration of Skype for VOIP calls.You will require a Skype account for VOIP and a wireless Internet connection.The most prominent feature is the screen, they improved the screen so the images are much more vibrant and crisper, the new PSP-3000 screen will also make it a better gaming experience when using outside in the sunlight.
Battery life will lose about 20 minutes of playtime, as the new screen needs more power than the old screenand this is the downside to the improvements.But it is possible for you to purchase a larger better battery to extend your gaming time.
