Panasonic introduces its new a 25.5-inch LCD monitor BT-3DL2550 that comes with the latest 3D technology. The new Panasonic BT-3DL2550 3D LCD Display features a full HD resolution of 1920X1200 pixels and it features 10-bit processing circuit and uses teh durable IPS LCD panel.
Panasonic uses an Xpol Polarizing filter to display the contents in 3D and it can only be clearly viewed using the Polarizing 3D glasses. The panasonic BT-3DL2550 3D LCD Display comes with two HD/SD-SDI inputs for displaying Left image, Right image and 3D signals simultaneously. It comes also equipped with standard RS-232C (9-pin) and GPI (9-pin) remote inputs and headphone jack.
Panasonic BT-3DL2550 3D LCD Full HD Display comes packed with a desk stand, 2 polarizing 3D glasses and an AC adapter. Panasonic brings the new 3D LCD display by the september at a price of $9,900.

I can see 3D technology as better suited to computers, than to home TV. I would expect, before too long, that monitors will be readily available in 3D without the need for glasses. As 3D CG is cheaper than live action 3D, the PC software market should prove a more profitable route for manufacturers of both monitors and software.
