Motorola has introduced one of the most hotly anticipated tablets, Motorola Xoom, which isn't a small, pocket-friendly tablet. This new tablet, Motorola Xoom weighs 730g, so it's not light either. This new Motorola Xoom features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a micro-USB port, a mini-HDMI port, two normal-sized USB ports, an HDMI port and two 5W speakers. One of the notable thing related with this new tablet, Motorola Xoom is that even though there's a microSD card slot, Honeycomb isn't going to support microSD cards to start with, but an imminent update should make that port usable.
This new tablet, Motorola Xoom is all set to take on the Apple's iPad and since now no official announcements have been made by the makers regarding the price for this new tablet. The only thing known is that Motorola and Verizon Wireless will launch Xoom Android tablet in the first half of 2011 for their customers in US. This new Motorola Xoom might cost around $650-850 without a contract.
