TVS Motors recently announced its plan to launch its new upgraded Apache RTR 160 in india. The new model will comes under the name TVS Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge. The all new TVS Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge comes with changes in the design from the regular Apache RTR 160 while the technical specifications remains unchanged. While coming to the specification overview of TVS Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge, the new stylish bike comes powered with 159.7cc 4 Stroke, Single Cylinder Engine which is same in the Apache RTR 160. With this powerful engine, it delivers a maximum power of 15.2bhp at 8500 rpm at a maximum torque of 13.1Nm at 6000 rpm. It has got a 5 speed Manual Gear transmission and engine’s stroke reduce to 52.9 mm and also the bore increased to 62 mm in the new version. It offers a top-speed of 120 Kph and has a fuel economy of 42.00 kmpl in city and 52.00 kmpl in highway.


The major highlights of the TVS Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge includes Digital Speedometer, Petal shaped disc brakes, Detachable Rear Mudguard, Stylish Graphics design on Fuel Tank, Front Mud Guard and Rear Panel etc. The all new edition of Apache offers a good acceleration of 0 to 60 in just 5.56 sec. TVS Apache RTR 160 Hyper Edge comes available in Black, White, Yellow and Grey colors.
