Chevrolet India is going to introduce the new version of their D segment SUV Captiva in India soon. The new Captiva which is powered by a 1991 cc, 4 cylinder diesel engine is going to arrive India by end of this year. The new Captiva is slightly bigger than its older version and has got better mileage and bold look. This gorgeous SUV which has got a maximum power of 148 Bhp at 4000 rpm and maximum torque of 320 Nm at 2000 rpm is very much pricey compared to its older version. The new Captiva costs around 25 lakh rupees. So, the new Captiva is high on price and less on features. All most all other D segment SUV s has a price less than the new Captiva, so it will be a tight competition for the GM people to sell some 'new Captiva' in India.
