Asus Eee PC 1201K Seashell AMD Netbook

Asus adds its new Seashell AMD netbook to its official website. The newly introduced Asus Eee PC 1201k Seashell netbook packs a 12.1-inch LCD display which features LED-backlit and 1366×768 pixels of resolution.

The new Asus Eee PC 1201 notebook comes powered with the new AMD Geode NX 1750 processor and is also equipped with SiS chipset, memory upto 1GB RAM and Storage upto 320GB HDD. Other Asus 1201 netbook specifications include a 0.3 Megapixel camera, ergonomic chiclet keyboard, built-in stereo speaker, memory card reader and supports Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.

A 6-cell battery is included which offers upto 8 hours of backup time. The Asus netbook measures about 296 x 208 x 27.3 ~ 33.3mm in dimensions and weighs just 1.46Kg. Asus offers the 1201k Seashell netbook in 3 different colors- White, Black and Silver.
