Nokia's recently introduced N96 smartphone-the most advanced multimedia device from the Nseries range, would be available across the country after Sept 15, 2008.
Officials said that in india N96 will be available at an MRP of Rs.34,999.
Nokia said that,"In addition to being the ultimate entertainment gadget, the new Nokia N96 is the most personalized mobile internet experience to date which defines convergence by blending phone and multimedia options seamlessly".
With this move, Nokia again demonstrated that they take Indian mobile market as one of the most promising and high priority. They made tremendous sales since last few years in Indian sub continent and they clearly do not want iPhone to spoil their established market.
Nokia N96 has more facilities than Apple Iphone.N96 enable the flash support but there is no flash support in Iphone.Nokia N96 allows faster surfing on Internet than any other mobiles.It has mms facility which is not available in Apple iphone.
Nokia N96 is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera an a good quality of sound better than any other music phones.So it is better to buy a Nokia N96 than Apple Iphone.
