Toshiba introduces the new TransMemory-EX USB 3.0 flash drives especially made for Japan. This new TransMemory-EX USB flash drives will come in  32GB UX-A032GT and 64GB UX-A064GT variants. They offer up to 220MB/s read and 94MB/s write speeds via USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface, and still provides 34MB/s read and 30MB/s write performance using USB 2.0.

According to Toshiba, the  TransMemory-EX USB 3.0 Flash Drives have the lowest power consumption in the industry thanks to the low power ASIC controller and dedicated high speed NAND flash memory. The Toshiba TransMemory-EX supports Windows ReadyBoost. It measures 68.8 (L) x 21 (W) x 10.5 (H) mm and weighs just 14g.
