Motorola unveils its new entry-level smartphone - Motorola XT316 in China which will also be available in Europe as Motorola FIRE. The new Motorola XT316 smartphone runs on the Android 2.2 OS and the Moto Switch UI that able to switching between friend-centric and work-focused modes in easily.

Coming to the specs part, the new Motorola XT316 smartphone comes powered with a 600MHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB RAM, and a microSDHC storage option. The smartphone has got a 2.8-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixel and a QWERTY keyboard. Other standard features of the Motorola XT316 FIRE QWERTY smartphone includes a 3MP camera, 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, an FM radio, 1,420 mAh battery, proximity sensor and an accelerometer.
Motorola XT316 FIRE QWERTY smartphone comes with support to HSDPA7.2Mbps/UL384Kbps, WCDMA 850/1900 or 850/2100 or 900/2100, and GSM 850/900/1800/1900 EDGE class 12 networks. It measures about 116.5 x 58x 13.45mm in dimensions and weighs just 110 grams. As per the reports, the Motorola XT316 phone is already available in China, and will coming to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Latin America in mid-July.
