Dell Inspiron XPS 15z Ultra-thin Launched in India - Prices and Specifications

Dell has recently unveiled its new Ultra-thin Dell Inspiron XPS 15z laptop and now, Dell has announced this 15-inch laptop for the indian market. This is one of the thinnest laptop offering good multimedia entertainment and performance with the Intel Core Series CPU. The Dell Inspiron XPS 15z laptop will be available at a starting price of Rs. 69,900.

The new Ultra-thin Dell Inspiron XPS 15z laptop comes with a 15.6-inch HD (1366x768) WLED display with TrueLife. Coming to the technical specifications of the new Dell XPS 15z, it is powered with the new 2.3 GHz Core-i5 2410M Processor, 6GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M graphics with Optimus technology and a 500GB of storage.

Other standard features of the Dell XPS 15z laptop includes a 8x DVD drive with doule layer write capability, centrino wireless-N1030, two USB ports, a FireWire port and an HDMI output and slots for card reader. The Optimus technology in these laptops automatically switches to power-saving integrated graphics under reduced usage, further enhancing the battery life.

Dell offers the new ultrathin XPS 15z in two variants, one with Intel Core i5 processor and the other with Core i7 processor. The i5 model comes with 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HD and Nvidia GeForce GT 525M 1GB graphics memory. On the other hand, the i7 version offers 8GB DDR3 RAM, 750GB HD and Nvidia GeForce GT 525M 2GB graphics memory. The Core-i5 and  Core-i7 versions of the Dell Inspiron XPS 15z are available through the company’s website for Rs. 69,900 and Rs. 80,900 respectively.
