LG introduces the world's first dual-core smartphone - LG Optimus 2x which comes powered with 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 Dual-core Processor and runs on the Android 2.2 (Froyo). LG Optimus 2X Tegra 2 smartphone will be available in Europe and Asia by next month. Price details of the LG Optimus 2X Smartphone is not avaialble yet.
LG Optimus 2X smartphone features a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen screen and offers rich browsing, application and internet browsing experience with the powerful 1GHz dual core tegra processor. Other LG Optimus 2X smartphone specifications includes 8 megapixel camera supporting HD Video recording, 1.3 MP front camera for video calling, 8GB memory which can be expanded upto 32GB via microSD card and a 1,500 mAh battery. The Androdi Froyo os can be upgradeable to Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
This all new LG optimus 2X dual Core smartphone equips HDMI mirroring which offers the users to connect the mobile phone to the HD televisions and other HDMI ready devices. It also comes with support to the DLNA compatiability with which it can be used with digital device such as HD TVs for a console-like gaming experience.
