Last month Nokia India introduced their latest Touchscreen phone - Nokia 5233. Nokia 5233 is one of the affordable Music phone in the Country. The Nokia 5233 touch phone features a 3.2-inch full touchscreen display and runs the Symbian Series 60 mobile OS.
While coming to the Nokia 5233 Specification details, the 3.2-inch music phone comes powered with a 434 MHz ARM 11 processor and comes equipped with 2 Megapixel Camera with 3X digital Zoom, FM Radio with RDS, 3.5 mm headphone jack and gets a 70 MB internal memory which can be expandable up to 16 GB via Memory card slot. Nokia 5233 touch phone offers music playback time upto 33 hours and 10.7 hrs talk time with 320 mAh Li-Ion standard battery.
The connectivity options of the Symbian Music Phone includes GPRS and EDGE along with Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity. The phone lacks the 3G, HSDPA, Wi-Fi or GPS features which will be a negative side of the phone. Nokia 5233 comes preloaded social networks site applications which includes Facebook, You Tube, Friendster, Hi5, Amazon and MySpace. The phone also gets OVI Music, OVI Store, Nokia Maps 3.0 and FOTA apps.
Nokia 5233 Music phone features dedicated keys for Camera, Volume, Power, Application launch and a media bar touch key for quick acessing of Music, Gallery, Web Browser and Video Player. The phone gets a good messaging application that supports SMS, MMS as well as emails in which the text can be entered through alphanumeric keypad, QWERTY keypad and handwriting recognition.
Nokia 5233 Symbian Touchscreen Phone comes bundled with Battery, Charger, Headset, Lanyard with plectrum stylus and the User Guide for the phone. The phone will be available in 3 color combinations - White/Red, White/Silver and Black/Dark silver.
Nokia offers the 5233 Music Phone at a price of Rs. 7,850 in india with a standard one year warranty.
