Last week Lenovo, Chinese leading notebook makers launched its new ThinkPad Edge Series notebooks in Russia. The Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebook comes available in 14-inch and 15.6-inch sizes. Lenovo company designed the notebook for the small and medium business customers.
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge Series notebook comes boosted with the Core series processors which includes the Intel Core i7-620M, Core i5-540M, Core i5-430M, Core i3-330M and Core i3-350M or Celeron P4500 processor. The notebooks also features the an Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated or an ATI Radeon HD4570 discrete graphics with 512MB of VRAM. Other Specifications of Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebooks include 2GB or 4GB DDR3 SDRAM and a 500GB hard drive.
Major features of the Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebooks are DVD burner, three USB ports, USB-eSATA combo, VGA, HDMI, Ethernet, a card reader (SD/SDHC), ExpressCard slot, touchpad with multi-touch support, a web camera and Wi-Fi 802.11n. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge Sereies notebook gets either of 4 cell, 6 cell , 9-cell battery. The notebook also features Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader, optional GPS and 3G module.
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebook comes available in three color options - black matte, glossy black and red. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge notebook will be released in Russia by May 2010 and is available at a starting price of about 22,000 rubles.
