LG introduced its new network Blu-Ray player at the 2010 CES - BD590. The main highlights of the new LG BD590 network Blu-Ray player includes the inbuilt 250GB hard drive storage capacity and the WiFi Connectivity. LG BD590 Blu-Ray player offers support Full HD 1080p Blu-ray playback.
The new LG BD590 Blu-Ray Player offers the users to buy the movies they like from the VUDU service using the latest NetCast technology implemented in the Player. NetCast Entertainment Access allows instant access to Netflix, CinemaNow, VUDU, YouTube and Pandora. It also features BD Live, which offers a wide variety of content, such as movie scene extras, new previews and the ability to read synopses and rate movies.
The LG Blu-Ray player also comes with the Gracenote’s MusicID-Stream that enables the users to hear a song playing in a movie or TV by pressing a single button on the remote control very easily. Other features of the new LG BD590 Blu-Ray player from LG includes Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD Advanced Digital Out, 1080p upscaling and USB 2.0 Media Host port for direct media playback.
There is no news regarding the availability and Pricing of the Network Blu-Ray player yet.
