iBuyPower company introduced the newer version of the Chimera Gaming System, Chimera 2 gaming PC. The new iBuyPower Chimera 2 Gaming system is a Core i7/i5-powered one and comes with the Inferno 2 Gaming Tower Case with Flame painting.
The new Chimera 2 Gaming Desktop PC i comes available in 5 models - in which 3 of them are intel platform and two comes with AMD platform. The intel Chimera series includes Chimera 2-E, Chimera 2-F and Killer Chimera 2-F while the Chimera 2-Q and Killer Chimera 2-Q comes with AMD processors.
iBuyPower Chimera 2-E is powered by Intel Core i5 750 processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM and 1GB ATI Radeon HD 5750 GPU. The Chimera 2-E system with base configuration is priced at $1099.
The Chimera 2-F system comes packed with Core i7 processor, 6GB RAM and the same Radeon HD 5750and is available at $1299. iBuyPower Killer Chimera 2-F is considered as the most powerful one among Intel series which is equipped with dual 896MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 graphics cards. The gaming pc is priced at $1899.
While coming to the AMD series, the Chimera 2-Q is powered by AMD Phenom II X4 925 Quad-Core, 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GTS250 and 4GB RAM and the Killer Chimera 2-Q is equipped with Phenom II X4 955 Quad-Core CPU, dual 512MB ATI Radeon HD 4770, 8GB of memory. The Chimera 2-Q and Killer Chimera 2-Q are priced at $999 and $1449 respectively.
