Acer Liquidmini Ferrari Edition Android 2.3 Smartphone Announced - Features and Specifications

Acer recently introduced its new Android smartphone model - the liquidmini Ferrari Edition smartphone which comes with red casing with chrome trim, is curved on the back and adorned with the famous 'prancing horse' logo. This new Acer liquidmini Ferrari Edition smartphone comes with lower specifications than its Ferrari-branded Liquid E predecessor with a smaller 3.2 -inch screen and lower-cloacked CPU.

Coming to the Acer Liquidmini Ferrari Edition smartphone Specifications, it come powered with a 600MHz ARM 11 CPU, 512MB of RAM and an Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System.  It sports a 3.2-inch HVGA (480x320 pixels) capacitive touchscreen and equips a 5-megapixel camera on the back, micro SD card slot with 8GB card included, and a standard set of communication features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, and HSDPA support. It is a lightweight one compared to other smartphones  old one which weighs just 105 grams (3.4 oz), while the Liquid E Ferrari Edition was 30 grams heavier.

When design part of the smartphone is reviewed, we can see that the liquidmini Ferrari Edition  has a link to the Italian marque with its red casing with chrome trim, that is curved on the back and adorned with the "prancing horse" logo. As with Acer's previous handset, the liquidmini comes with Ferrari-themed content including Ferrari engine ringtones as well as preloaded wallpapers, pictures and videos. Acer's included SocialJogger 2.0 app is reportedly designed to bring constant updates from Ferrari news sources, including Facebook and Twitter.

The newest arrival from Acer will be sold bundled with a Ferrari-branded Bluetooth headset, featuring noise and echo cancellation, and automatic adjustment of incoming call volume. The Acer liquidmini Ferrari Edition's pricing and date of release haven't been announced at this point.
