Asus U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook Specifications and Review

Along with the U46 series notebooks, Asus also showcased its new U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook which also comes based on 2nd generation Intel Core family processors. This new Asus U56 notebook sports a 15/6-inch HD display supporting a resolution of 1366X768 pixels. Below are the specification details and a short review of the new Asus U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook.

Coming to the Asus U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook specs, it comes powered with an Intel 2nd generation i3/i5 Core (Sandy Bridge) processor and is equipped with memory upto 8GB DDR3, Storage upto 750GB HDD, Intel® Mobile HM65 chipset and Inte HD graphics. The Asus U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook comes preinstalled with genuine Windows 7 home premium or Professional 64-bit operating system.


Other standard features of the new 15.6-inch Asus U56 Intel Sandy Bridge Notebook includes Realtek ALC 269 Audio, 0.3 megapixel camera, 802.11 b/g/ WiFi, bluetooth, VGA/mini D-sub, one USB 3.0, HDMI port, 3-in-1 card reader, 8-cell 3000mAh battery etc. It measures about 37.8cm x 27.0cm x 2.54cm-2.70cm and weighs just around 2.70Kg. It also equips BIOS booting user password protection, HDD user password protection and security lock, LoJack and Kensington lock.
