Toshiba Satellite M205 notebook

Satellite M205 is a new notebook introduced by Toshiba and this new notebook is powered with 1.5 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5250 that has 2-MB L2 Cache. It also features a 667 MHz FSB spots Mobile Intel 965GML Express Chipset Mainboard along with 160-GB 5400 rpm hard disk drive. It should also be noted that this new notebook comes preloaded with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Edition OS.

New Toshiba Satellite M205 notebook provides built-in Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG WiFi 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN connection, and standard 56kbps V.92 fax/modem card. There is also Bluetooth v2.0 wireless connection. It is also equipped with a 14.1-inch WXGA Widescreen Active Matrix LCD TFT display which supports the resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and provides 24-bit 16.7 million colors. There is also a 1.3 Megapixel Webcam with the help of which one can make video calls.

One of the notable feature of this new Toshiba notebook, M205 is that the display is based on Clear SuperView technology which is powered with the help of Intel Graphics Media Accelerator GMA X3100. This Intel GMA X3100 graphics chipset integrates OpenGL as well as DirectX 9.0 which is compatible with games that need high performance graphics.

It also features 4 USB v2.0 fast ports, touch pad with 2 click buttons, ExpressCard/54 slot, one scroll button, integrated Audio AC97 Stereo Sound With 3D Sound effects, PCMCIA One Mini PCMCIA Slot compliance support type and also integrated stereo speakers. It is also powered with the Li-Ion 6-cells standard battery which provides 3,5 hour of work time.
