World's largest mobile phone manufacturer's Nokia has introduced a new quality touch phone, Nokia X6, with a 3.2 inch capacitive touch screen supporting up to 16.7 million colors along with offering resolution of 640×360 pixels. Measuring 110x51x13.8 mm and weighing 122g, this new Nokia X6 is available across Europe in three internal memory options: 8 GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB.

This new Nokia X6, with the help of a MP built in camera, captures images at astonishing resolution of 2592×1944 pixels in JPEG/EXIF formats. Featuring Carl Zeiss optics, 4x digital zoom, Dual LED flash and Autofocus, handset’s built in camera records videos at resolution of 640×480 pixels [@30 fps] in MP4 and 3GP formats. Support for voice recording and playback is also available.

Nokia X6 provides messaging options like SMS, Email and MMS along with support for concatenated SMS. With concatenated SMS support, users can easily send in long messages. Extensive Email support is featured in the handset which include Mail for Exchange, Nokia Email, and support for email attachments and OMA email notification as well. It also features USB 2.0, Bluetooth connectivity [v2.0 with EDR], TV Out, GPRS and support for PC synchronization with Nokia Ovi Suite.

This Nokia X6 supports all the popular music formats and provides digital stereo microphone, built in FM radio, and Nokia Podcasting support features, while the later helps to download unlimited music with the Ovi Music. A-GPS and Ovi Maps 3.0 features are also available. Ovi Maps internet service enables users to search multiples of things over world wide web and along with that all can be saved over Ovi for future references as well.

With the help of a BL-5J 1320 mAh Li-ion standard battery, Nokia X6 offers up to 11 h 30 min
and 450h of talk time under GSM and WCDMA coverage respectively and this new touch phone, the 16 GB model, is currently being offered by Nokia’s flagship website in US at a pricing of $299.
