Silicon Power, taiwan based comapnu releases its latest SATA Solid State Drive (SSD) model - Silicon Power E20. Silicon Power E20 has got a 2.5-inch formfactor and will comes available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage capacities. It uses the multi-level cell (MLC) NAND flash memory technology and comes with TRIM support.
The 2.5-inch Silicon Power E20 SSD comes designed to meet ECC requirements and guarantees data reliability and it detects fluctuating or abnormal current with the built-in circuit current sensors and provides DDR2 cache memory. With the SATA interface, Silicon Power E20 Solid State Drive offers read and write speeds of 250 MB/s and 230 MB/s respectively.
Silicon Power E20 SSD measures about 100mm X69.85mm X9.5mm in size and weighs about 70g. Silicon Power doesn't give any words on the pricing of Silicon Power E20 SSD, but it is backed by a 2-year warranty.
