HTC announced its latest Windows Smartphone - HD7. HTC HD7 smartphone sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and runs on the Windows 7 mobile Operating sytem. According to the sources close to HTC, the new HD7 smartphone will be released by mid-November 2010 in US.
While coming to the HTC HD7 specifications, it comes powered with 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8250 processor along with the 576MB RAM and a 512MB ROM module. Other HTC smartphone features include 5MP autofocus camera with dual LED flash which supports HD 720p video recording, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 16GB internal memory, MicroUSB port, and an ambient light sensor.
The new HTC HD7 smartphone comes with support to GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA 900/2100 MHz networks. It measures about 122 x 68 x 11.2 mm in dimensions and weighs 162g.
Update: T-Mobile USA already started the sale of HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7 smartphone via Amazon. You can pre-order the HTC HD7 smartphone at Amazon.com which is available at a price of $169.99 for 2-year contract agreement.
