Along with the Zen Touch 2 Portable Media Player built on Android Platform, Creative also introduces its new ZiiO touch tablet device. The all new Creative ZiiO tablet is considered to be world’s first apt-X enabled touch screen tablet which runs on Android and offers pure wireless entertainment with the WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Creative offers the latest ZiiO tablet device in two models - 7-inch display model supporting a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and 10-inch model which supports a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The 7” Creative ZiiO Android Tablet model comes in white color, while the 10” Creative ZiiO Tablet model will be available in black. Both models come in 8GB and 16GB memory capacities.

While coming to the specifications of the Creative ZiiO Android touch tablet, it sports a Compact Touch Screen display, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 EDR (with apt-X and A2DP), Front facing camera for video calls and X-Fi Audio Enhancements. It also comes equipped with HD Video-Out port (HDMI-Out), built-in Mic, built-in stereo Speakers, Accelerometer and microSD/SD card slot which supports upto 32GB memory. The tablet runs on Android 2.1 OS and offers a audio playback time upto 25hrs and video playback time upto 5 hrs.

Creative ZiiO Pure Android Wireless Entertainment Tablet device measures about 207.4 x 133 x 13.7 mm (7” version) and 262 x 173 x 13.7 mm (10” version) in size. Weight is around 400g (7” version) and 650g (10” version).
