After the great success of Archos 7, 8 Android tablets and Archos 9 Windows tablet, the company launched its new internet tablet model - Archos 70 which is based on Android Mobile OS. As per the latest reports, Archos has already started the sale of this tablet and customers can buy the Archos 70 tablet from the company's website for a price of $274.
Archos 70 tablet device sports a 7-inch capacitive multi-touch display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. It comes powered with a 1GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and is also equipped with 3D OpenGL ES 2.0-compatible graphics for 3D gaming and a storage options of 8GB of Flash storage version or with 250GB HDD version. The all new ARCHOS 70 Internet tablet comes enclosed in stainless steel body.
Features of the ARCHOS 70 internet tablet includes a Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 720p HD video playback support, microSD card slot, stereo speakers, a microphone, G-sensor, USB 2.0 and USB Host ports and a HDMI output. It runs on the Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS and comes with integrated access to AppsLib store.
