Stills, Photos & Images of concept car that runs on land, sea or in air

Halo Interceptor
Phil Pauly, a British designer has come up with the concept based around a sports car with attachments that make it float like a boat and fly like a helicopter or jet. According to him, this new car named as Halo Interceptor should not be seen as a flying car but a plane, helicopter, boat and car in one.

This new vehicle, Halo Interceptor can attain whatever form it needed at that circumstance by some slight modifications. Fitted with the jet attachment Halo 120 degrees, it allows a maximum speed of Mach 2 at a height of up to 20,000 metres. Also the Halo 46 degrees offers helicopter flight version for hasty businessmen.

Fitted with a hybrid power unit and a supercomputer in the cockpit, the Halo Interceptor has a top speed of over 500 km/h and accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 2.3 seconds. The Halo 22 degrees speedboat attachment features a racing hull providing up to 63 knots and a range of 1,200 nautical miles.

There is a huge possibility for this concept car from Phil Pauly making it big since the traffic chaos in the big mega cities are looming day by day. Also some of the big car producers may get influenced by this design and as a result they may start working for such vehicles in the near future itself.
