Swift - as all knows, it is one of the best sporty car and one of the Popular car manufactured by Suzuki company. Now Suzuki comes with the new 2010 model of Suzuki Swift and it will be launched soon. Suzuki Company designed the new 2010 Swift with a lighter and Stiffer bodyshell with a higher strength steel that offers better safety to the passengers.
Another major change in design is in its dimensions. The all new 2010 model Suzuki Swift has got an increase in wheelbase by 50mm to 2,380mm and the length increases to 3,850mm which is 90 mm more than the current one. The new Suzuki swift's width and height is increased by 5mm and 10 mm respectively.
While coming to the technical specification and details of the 2010 Suzuki Swift, it comes with either of a new petrol unit and a revised diesel engine. The petrol model of 2010 Swift sports a 1.2-liter petrol engine with Dual VVT which delivers a 94-horsepower at 6,000rpm and an peak torque of 118Nm (87 lb-ft) at 4,800rpm. On the other hand 2010 Swift diesel model sports a 1.3- liter engine which delivers a 75HP with an improvement fuel consumption of 4.2lt/100km, equal to 67.3mpg UK and 56.0mpg US.
The new Suzuki Swift 2010 model has got a fuel Consumption of 20km/lt on the Manual transmission and Sift 2010 petrol model comes available with an optional automatic transmission.
