NEC Display Solutions introduces the new S series Full HD LCD displays replacing the NEC M series Displays. NEC launched two models in the S series displays including 40-inch S401 and 46-inch S461. Both the 40-inch S401 and 46-inch S461 LCD display features 1920X1080 Full HD resolution and are perfectly designed for digital signage and entertainment applications in environments like airport, hospitality, boardrooms and public areas.
NEC S series S401 and S461 LCD Display Specifications include 8ms response time, 450cd/m2 brightness, business-grade panel with advanced cooling design, built-in expansion slot, enhanced video wall capabilities, AmbiBright and carbon footprint meter. The Full HD displays also comes equipped with DisplayPort, DVI-D, VGA, HDMI, BNC (RGBHV), composite, component, S-Video inputs as well as Ethernet, RS-232 in/out, IR and DDC/CI control ports.
With the equipped NaViSet technology, NEC S series LCD displays offers an intuitive graphical interface to adjust the displays’ settings, and remote access is enabled for IT professionals with the Administrator version. NEC displays comes with a stasndard 3 Year warranty and will be available for April 2010 shipment.
NEC displays offers the S401 and S461 models at a price of $1,399.99 and $1,799.99 respectively. NEC also offers S401-AVT and S461-AVT models thet gets an inbuilt ATSC/NTCS/Clear QAM tuner that are priced at $1,549.99 and $1,949.99, respectively.
