In India Fiat is now coming with a strong combatant for Hyundai i30 that is Fiat Bravo . Fiat Bravo is also a hatch back like the i30 and is coming under B+ segment. Fiat Bravo is coming in variants Bravo SLE , Bravo Diesel and Bravo SLX . Bravo is coming with 6 speed manual gear box . Bravo is expected to be available in India from the middle of 2010
Fiat Bravo SLX
Bravo SLX is coming with 1368cc, 4 cylinders petrol engine having maximum power of 120 Bhp @ 5000 rpm and maximum Torque 206 Nm @ 1750rpm. Also Bravo SLX is having a mileage of 13 Km/l in highway and 11 Km/l in city. And the expected price is around Rs. 21,00,000.
Fiat Bravo SLE
Bravo SLE is lower petrol version with same engine of Bravo SLX without having some features like rear Wiper mp3 player etc. Bravo SLE costs around Rs. 19,00,000
Fiat Bravo Diesel
It is the diesel variant of Bravo powered with 1910cc, 4 cyl diesel engine having a maximum power of 150bhp@4000rpm and maximum torque of 305nm@2000rpm . Bravo diesel is priced around Rs. 22,00,000

You must be crazy that Fiat with fight hyundai i30 with Bravo for 22 Lacs. It's a no Brainer that you can buy a C+ / D Segment car for that price in India.
Or you could be right. Fiat will have no competition at this price point with Hyundia. The War was lost even before it started
but i have to say the fiat feels way nicer then the i30 and much bigger boot and nicer finishes
