Asus announced the official launch of its new ultra-portable Laptop - ASUS U30Jc. The highlighted feature of the ASUS U30Jc Laptop is that it comes equipped with the nVidia Optimus Technology. With these Optimus technology, the notebook offers the user to switch between the integrated graphics and the dedicated nVidia GPU as per the needs to attain maximum performancec.
ASUS U30Jc nVidia Optimus notebook comes with a 13.3-inch display with resolution of 1366×768 pixels and comes powered with the latest Intel Core i3-350M processor which has a core clock speed of 2.26GHz . Other standard ASUS U30Jc notebook specifications include 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard drive and a nVidia GeForce GT310M graphics card.
Asus U30Jc notebook also features WiFi 802.11 n, optional Bluetooth, integrated web camera, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, microphone, and Altec Lansing speakers. The notebook comes equipped with a 5,600 mAh battery which offers a battery backup upto 9.5 hours in operations. The notebook comes preloaded with microsoft windows 7 operating system.
Asus U30Jc ultra portable notebook is available at a price of $900 in the US markets.
