Micra will set new standards for small cars when it will be launched in India. The new Micra is expected to sell in five leading competitive countries (LCCs) including India and Thailand. They will be investing Rs.4000 crore ($1 billion) on the Chennai plant with an expectation of 400,000 vehicles would be manufactured annually.
Nissan Micra is powered by a 70bhp petrol engine with a maximum torque of 130nm at a displacement of 1200cc.
