Here is the recently launched VIXIA FS31 and VIXIA FS300 camcorders from the Canon. The newly launched FS31 and FS300 Camcorders are standard one which comes with 0.68 Megapixel CCD sensor and a 2.7-inch LCD dsiplay.
Canon FS31 Camcorder comes with 16GB internal memory while the VIXIA FS300 camcorder has no internal storage . Both the camcorders comes with support to SD/SDHC memory cards. Other features of the Camcorder includes 41x Advanced Zoom, support for Video Snapshot and DIGIC DV II image processor.
Canon’s new sleek and lightweight VIXIA series FS31 and FS300 camcorders are expected to be available by the end of 2010 March at a price of $349.99 and $299.99 respectively.

Unfortunately, the FS300 no longer has external microphone or earphone jacks that the FS200 had. However, the 41x optical zoom (http://www.minicamcordersblog.com/mini-camcorders/optical-zoom-a-feature-that-matters) is a great feature.
