Mobile Internet Devices are getting more popular now a days. Recently SmartQ Technologies showed its new HD MID device SmartQ V5. Initially the device will be introduced in China and will be available there at a price of US$162. V5 HD MID features a 4.3 inch touchscreen display that offers 800×480 resolution.
The V5 Mobile Internet Device is powered by the 600MHz ARM processor and is also equipped with 256MB of RAM and internal 2GB memory. Other features of the V5 HD mobile device includes WiFi Support, Bluettoth and HD Video Playback. In addition to this V5 MID will features HDMI TV-Out.
The new V5 HD MID runs the Google Android Operating system and is also capable of running Ubuntu or Windows CE other than Android.
