Panasonic introduced Portable Blu-ray Players at CES 2010 - DMP-B500 and DMP-B100 Specifications, Features and Reviews

Panasonic comes with its new portable Blu-ray Disc players at the CES 2010- the DMP-B500 and DMP-B100. The new portable Blu-ray players is the "second generation portable Blu-ray Disc players“ now available in the industry. Main highlight of the players include PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus.

While coming to the features, the DMP-B500 Blu-Ray player comes with a 10.1-inch LCD display and the DMP-B100 features an 8.9-inch screen. Panasonic DMP-B500 comes equipped with VIERA CAST internet functionality with Wi-Fi connection, VIERA Link, a SD memory card slot for JPEG image and AVCHD video playback and a USB port. The DMP-B100, on the other hand, has a SD slot for just JPEG viewing. Both players support Dolby Digital and DTS HD aduio.

As per the sources, DMP-B500 and DMP-B100 Blu-Ray players from Panasonic will be available by Spring 2010 and there is no reports about the pricing of the players.
