Acer introduces its new Android Smartphone - Liquid in Indian market. Acer introduces this new phone to comepete with Apple iPhone and Google Nexus One. Acer Liquid smartphone comes with 3.5-inch VGA touchscreen display supporting a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
Acer Liquid android smartphone is powered by 768MHz Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor and runs on the Android v1.6. Other Acer Liquid Smartphone Specifications include built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.0, A-GPS, 5 megapixel camera and the next generation 3G. The 3G enabled Liguid smartphone also features accelerometer for automatic UI rotation and proximity sensor for switching off the touchscreen during a call to prevent accidental presses.
The new Acer Liquid smartphone measures 115 x 62.5 x 12.5mm and weighs 135g. The android smartphone will comes available in 3 colours - red, white and black. The phone will be shipped soon with 2GB free memory card at a price of around Rs. 24,990.
