Acer india launched the new Aspire One D250 that comes with dual OS booting feature. Acer Aspire One D250 comes preloaded with Google Android and Windows XP operating systems. This is the first time a notebook comes with dual boot option in india.
Acer Aspire One D250 is powered by 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 processor ( 512KB L2 cache and 667FSB). The netbook is also comes equipped with Intel Mobile 9456SE chipset 1GB DDR2 RAM, 160GB HDD and Integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics. The main highlight of the netbook is its dual boot option. it features a 10.1 inch LCD display.
Acer Aspire One D250 has a special dual-boot feature that allows the netbook to boot in either Android or Windows XP. The netbook comes with a 18 second bootup and 3 sec shutdown feature. Acer boasts of "instant on" Android boot and also switching between Windows XP and Android.
The 10.1 inch Acer Aspire D250 is now available in india which is priced at Rs. 18,599.
