Samsung recently introduced it new ultra portable X series laptops because of the increaing popularity of ultra portable systems now a days. Along with those ultra portable notebook lineup, samsung adds 3 more netbooks to its N series netbook lineup. The recently introduced models are N130, N140 and N510 netbooks. The Samsung Nseries netbooks - N130 an N140 comes with 10.1 inch display while the Samsung N510 netbook features 11.6 inch display.
While coming to the specifications part, Samsung N130 and N140 netbook computers are powered by 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 processors. The Samsung N130 and N140 netbooks are equipped with Intel 945GSE chipset, 1GB RAM and 160GB HDD for storage. Other features include integrated Webcam, 3-in-1 card reader, WiFi , three USB ports and 6 cell battery. But the Samsung N140 netbook is also available in a Premium configuration in which the model features Bluetooth 2.1, stereo 1.5W speakers with SRS Audio and battery life of 11 hours compared to 7.5 hours in N130.
The 11.6 inch Samsung N510 netbook PC is also powered by the same processor and is comes packed with the nvidia ION graphics. The N510 netbooks is equipped with the latest Nvidia GeForce 9400M graphics and other features of Samsung N510 netbooks are 160GB HDD, 2 GB memory, wi-fi, Webcam, 3-in-1 card reader and optional bluetooth.
All the three N series netbooks - N130, N140 and N510 from Samsung comes preloaded with Windows XP Home. Among the three models N130 will be light-weight netbook that weighs just 1.26kg with glossy finish. All the netbooks - N130 , N140 and N510 will be available in four colors - black, white, sea blue, and peach pink. Now there is no words out from Samsung about the pricing of the netbooks and we are hoping that Samsung will announce the prices of the netbooks by the last week of this month.
