AT&T company introduces a Nokia Surge phone which is a QWERTY slider in USA. The phone which ispreviously known as Mako comes with a 2.4 inch QVGA LCD display. The phone is also comes preloaded with symbian 60 OS and supports browser with flash and AT&T Navigator service.
AT&T company claims that Nokia Surge is one of the New Symbian S60 handset that offers social style with smartphone capabilities at a low price. The Nokia and AT&T company says that this Nokia Surge mobile phone is the perfect solution for the Email sending and messaging. Other main specifications of the Nokia Surge QWERTY sliding phone includes 2 Megapixel camera which offers QVGA quality video recording, QWERTY keyboard, 3G, inbuilt GPS reciever and 128MB internal storage. The mobile phone comes equipped with a microSD card slot that supports upto 8GB.
The nokia Surge from AT&T also features AT&T Mobile Music that allows the users to listen and download their favourite music from Napster Mobile, JuiceCaster which provides options like video sharing and photo sharing from users wireless device to the Web's most popular sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr etc.. and AT&T video Share which enables users to share video over wireless devices.
The Nokia Surge QWERTY Slider phone will available from AT&T Stores by july 19th and is priced at $79.99 with a 2-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
