Yesterday Tata Motors announced the launch of British Luxuary Auto brands Jaquar and LandRover in india. From that moment this is the main speaking in the automobile industry. The launch of Jaquar and LandRover in india will make a tight competition between Mercedes, BMW, Audi and them. Tata Motors, suffered a net loss of Rs 2,505.25 crore in 2008-09 mainly on account of Jaquar , LandRover acquisition in March 2008.
The two brands are available all over in india through Tata . The available models of Jaquar are XF, XFR and XKR series. Tata will sell these Jaquar models at a price between Rs.63 lakh and Rs.92 lakh.The LandRover models available in india through Tata motors include Rover Discovery 3, Range Rover Sport, Basic Range Rover and are priced between Rs.63 lakh and Rs.89 lakh. The Jaquar and LandRover models will hit the roads in July one before the Tata Nano hits road.
During announcing these Luxuary Brands in india ,Tata group chief Ratan Tata told, "It's quite a memorable day in the history and heritage of Tata Motors. JLR has been well received and well established in India (in the past), but over the years this brand has been disconnected from India."
