Dell launched their highly anticipated laptop XPS One 24 desktop PC in the UK. The launching of the laptop by Dell was due for a good cause. This new desktop PC will be available for sale under the Product (Red) banner to contribute in the noble fight against HIV/AIDS in Africa. The company is expected to donate a part of the earned income from the sale of the desktop PC in Africa to combat AIDS. Moreover, Dell also plans to give about £40 per computer to the Global Fund.
Some of the major features of the Dell XPS One 24 is that it may be either powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad processor and bundles the 512 MB Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT graphics, either a 320 GB or 500 GB hard disk drive, a 24-inch HD display, an integrated JBL stereo speakers with a subwoofer, DVR and HTDV functionality.
