Lotus,the luxuary car makers is now planning to add a new model to their list.Evora is the new project of Lotus.Lotus are planning to start the production of the Evora in October 2009 and release the car in the US by the end of 2009.Lotus Evora is powered by a Toyota-made 3.5L V6 engine that can produce 276hp. The Evora should reeach 0-60 KM/hr in just 5 seconds.The Evora has a curb weight of 2,976 lbs and top speed of 160+ and 30mpg.The Evora follows the ’70s Lamborghini Urraco, Maserati Merak, Ferrari 308GT4 and its follow-up the Ferrari Mondial in being a mid-engine 2+2 sports car. It’s arguably the best looking of that quintet,though.The interior of the Evora is very cool which will blow you away just like Lotus Elise or Exige.Other features of the car are proper nav system,advanced touch screen multi media system.The car is designed to meet safety and emission requirements around the world.
