AsusTek Computers added the new e-book Reader device to its official website with the detailed specs of it. The new Asus e-Book reader comes available under the model Asus Eee Note EA800. This Asus Eee Note EA800 is not only an e-bookr eader but also a digital notepad which uses Wacom’s touch technology and combines a digital notepad with a e-book reader, getting an “ultra sensitive” touchscreen that’s readable even in broad daylight.
The all new Asus Eee Note EA800 E-book Reader sports a 8-inch display supporting a resolution of 768X1024 pixels. It has got a matte finish for smooth writing and sketching using the supplied stylus. Other specifications of Asus Eee Note EA800 E-book Reader includes built-in WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity, EverNote support, microSD expansion slot, 4GB internal memory, micro USB for PC connection and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
With the 4GB internal memory It enables up to store 10,000 ebooks or 20,000 handwritten notes. The 8-inch Asus Eee Note EA800 E-book Reader supports PDF, ePub, MP3, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG files as well as txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx documents. It is equipped with a 3700mAh battery for up to 13.5 hours of continuously reading and writing.
